So here’s the thing. You wake up, and everything’s fine. Sun’s shining, you’re on time (which is unusual for you) and it seems like the start of a fantastic day. Then what happened last night hits you. Your heart sinks. You lay back again, heart pounding and gradually slowing.

Then you realize.

It was all just a dream.

A strangely vivid dream, but still

a dream.

As you get up it whisps away, and like catching smoke, the more you grasp the more it seems to blur.

Things during day remind you briefly of the dream, but before you can say a word, you’ve lost it.
